Green Screen Studio

If you are looking for a suitable green screen studio space in Sydney, then head over to Pow Wow Film Studios. We are a state of the art, dynamic film and TV production facility providing creative and cutting edge video content facilities.

Our green screen space is 18ft high x 18ft wide, 28ft in length plus a 10ft viewing production area.

Mixing Stage One is our theatre and is used to mix many of Australia’s finest feature films.

The theatre is 35 feet long by 20 feet wide with an 18 feet high ceiling. An 8,000 Watt QSC Audio system including a THX certified projector, ensures a smooth and artistically fulfilling surround sound experience, in a stress-free environment.

The cumulative experience of Pete Purcell and Chris Fitz-Gibbon ensures that you will have the confidence of a worry free audio post and mix process.

Colour Grading

Two Colour Grading Suites available for Dry or Wet hire:
Suite 1 is a PC environment with Threadripper RTX 3090.
Suite 2 is a MAC environment M1 8Core with Tangent Edit.

Here at Pow Wow Film Studios we have two Colour Grading Suites both with DaVinci Resolve.

Amongst the full range of high-quality services provided at Pow Wow Studios, we are proud to offer our 2 superbly equipped colour grading suites that feature top end hardware – one studio being a PC environment with a high speed Threadripper whilst the second is MAC based, with Tangent Edit however both utilise DaVinci Resolve, which is widely recognised as one of the very best colour grading, colour correction and visual affects software on the market today.

DaVinci Resolve can perform the functions that previously may have had to be undertaken with multiple other applications, allowing you to work more effectively and more efficiently, and whether you have been shooting on a phone or a high-end digital camera you can work with camera quality images throughout the entire process. DaVinci resolve is designed to be compatible with nearly all professional video file formats including Blackmagic RAW, DNx and more and is widely used by leading professionals throughout the industry.
